It's like zero to hero in seconds. This kind of rain we're experiencing in Central Florida makes finding roof, window, door, wall leaks, etc kinda like shootin' fish in a barrel. Many many times people are unaware of a water problem at all. Some times the manifestation is over here when the breach is over there. Besides leaks, we have been finding really cool stuff lately. Freezer strips in excess of 130F. Hot/cold reverse at a water heater.
